New newspaper

Hey everybody

Today there is a new newspaper (issue #136). Here is how it looks like:

In page A2-A3 they talk about the igloo contest. Here are the rules:

The winners are going to be announced on May 29 and they’re going to receive 10,000 coins each.

On page A4 they say that they have extended the medieval party to May 25. I think thats great!

On page A5 they say that the winners of the writing contest will be announced on the 29th of May and they’re books are gonna be put in the book room on May 30.

The in-focus section is on pages B1, B2, B3, B4. Here’s the “Did you know” box. Its very interesting.

The “Check it out” box is very good too.

On pages B5-B6-B7, Aunt Arctic answers the questions which are pretty stupid so Im not gonna write about them. But check out this picture of a beta! I just wish I had that beta hat! LOL

On page B8 there are tips for new ppl. If u are new, check it out.

On page C1 there are the usual jokes and on page C2 there is a party review. I dont think its very good (no offence to who did it). The pic is cool though.

Pages C3 and C4 are very cool. Do you know the game Sudoku? Well there is a game just like that except that its with puffles. I couldnt finish it You should try it, I’m sure you’re better than me lol.

On page C5 there is a poem and on page C6 there are the upcoming events

On pages C7-C8 there is a comic which I dont really think its funny. On the following two pages you send things to the CP times.

In this post Im gonna write about a post from the CP blog and one from the CPIP blog! Here is Billybob’s post on the CP blog:

Hello Penguins!

The medieval party is still going strong and I hope you’re all having tons of fun! Its not over yet–there’s more to come later this week! On Friday the Medieval Igloo Decorating contest starts so be sure to save your coins! You’re going to need them to decorate your igloo when the new furniture catalog comes out on Friday! It is going to be stacked with medieval items!! So make sure you wait until Friday to start decorating. I grabbed a few screen shots of some of the items to inspire some creative decorating ideas!!Check it out!

10 of the best Medieval Igloos will be chosen between May 23 and 26. All you have to do to enter is decorate your igloo. Winners will be announced on May 29 in the Club Penguin Times. I can’t wait to see all the creative designs you come up with!!

Meeting up with buddies in Club Penguin is really important–I know because it’s something a lot of you say is difficult right now. In fact, it has been on of the top things suggested for improvement from many players! Your feedback on this issue has been a huge help. The team knew right away that one of the first improvements they wanted to work on was to make it easier to find your buddies when logging into Club Penguin.

Some of you had great ideas about making the login function better–a popular one was grouping worlds based on those you visit most often!

That’s part of what the team is working on right now. They are totally rebuilding the way you login to Club Penguin! The new login feature will make it a lot easier to locate your friends online–and the worlds will be grouped in a way that will help you stick with the buddies you play with most often.

The feature is still being worked on and as always, any suggestions or ideas you have will help make Club Penguin even better! So let us know what you think!

Hello Penguins!

I hope you’re all enjoying one of the biggest parties in Club Penguin history! We had a ton of fun looking through all of your ideas to make sure this party was the best it could be!

My favorite room is the new room in the Forest because I love the feeling of adventure. As always, we would love to hear what your favorite room is!

Be sure to look all over Club Penguin because there are a lot of new things that will only be available for this party! Also, please be sure to tell your friends because we hear from a lot of angry penguins when they miss out on a party as big as this one!

Rockhopper’s plant update:

Rh’s plant grew bigger again! If u haven’t noticed go to ur igloos and check! Here’s a pic not from my house (duh!)

I think its gonna become really big, maybe a tree! What do you think?

The weird thing is that CP didnt post about it yet! Are they leaving it to us to find it out?

Hi penguins,
Sorry about the fact that I haven’t posted but I was extremely busy this week. Next week should be better. In case you don’t know, I have to pass an exam (actually, many exams) to go on with school. If I don’t pass them I will have to do the year again. The exams are spread in all the month of June. I’m studying really hard for them. You have to know all the things that you’ve done this year so they’re really hard. I hope you understand.

So, in the past two days the newspaper came out and today the Medieval party started. The thing I am angry about is that NONE of the admins posted… I have added two more admins: Dark Crow200 and 1Pinkie7. I hope they will post unlike others… So today there is a new free item and its at the cove. I don’t like it much. Here’s some pics

Check out the attic I think its the best room but its hard to choose cos they are all amzing. Some look completely different (Pizza Parlor).

I wanted to be the first to give you a few details about the upcoming Igloo Decorating Contest. Many of you have been asking about when the next one would be and I can definitely tell you it starts on MAY 23!

Start saving your coins and when the new furniture catalog comes out on May 23 you can enter the contest simply by decorating your igloo! Winners will each get 10,000 coins and their igloos will be featured in the Club Penguin Times newspaper!

Hallo penguins! The newspaper was released today and its filled with interesting things. Here is how it looks like:

First topic:

As you all know, at the end of the catalog there was a secret letter saying that there was going to be a party on the 16 th. The news say it wasnt released on purpose but the party planners arent worried. This topic is also about the new stage. Look at this quote from the newspaper:

Second topic: Story…

Yes, on these two pages there is a story! Actually, the beginning of a story that was made by the designers of the clothing catalog. Its going to be continued next week so I suggest reading it!

Third topic: Writers contest closed

There isnt much to say about this topic lol, its just a pic (I think its cool) that the writers contest is closed… did u enter? I didnt! LOL

Fourth Topic: The “In focus” section

This week’s In focus section is about the underground areas of CP. Look at the “Did u know?” window, its pretty interesting:

Hi everyone, it’s Screenhog!

Last week we launched the Treasure Hunt game in the Captain’s Quarters of Rockhopper’s ship and from what we heard, a lot of you enjoyed it! Rockhopper is gone from Club Penguin now, and that means the game is gone too. But don’t worry, you’ll be able to play Treasure Hunt again when Rockhopper returns.

Treasure Hunt, as you all probably know, is Club Penguin’s first ever cooperative game, where you and a friend can earn coins together. Here’s some behind-the-scenes art from the game:

Those are most of the dirt tiles made for the game. Treasure Hunt is a tile-based game, which means that a lot of the art for it was broken up into square pieces that could be used as many times as the game needs them. Each tile was made separately by an artist and then another designer took the tiles and programmed each one to change on the board after each move. Cool stuff.

This is the rough art of the wood fence that surrounds the Treasure Hunt game. After this sketch, an artist put clean black lines on top of it, colored in the wood planks and then it was ready to hold all the dirt tiles!

Oh, and before I forget, thanks for all the wonderful comments about the clothing catalog! We’re glad you’re having fun with it! There are a lot of secrets in this catalog–have you found them all? There’s one that’s not an item, but it’s still pretty cool!

RH’s gone =(

Hallo penguins,

Unfortunately Rockhopper is gone! The beach seems so empty without him and now I cant play the treasure hunt anymore! I LOVED that game! It was very fun and even tho it was a multiplayer game it was very fun. Here is a random pic showing the empty beach =(

Also I went in the Coffee shop and I found out that the key is still there! I thought it was only gonna come back when RH arrived but I guess I was wrong!

How to log in onto 2 penguins at the same time

Hallo penguins!

To start, I got this cheat from Graser8. Here it is:

1. Go to http://play.clubpenguin.com/ and log in onto a penguin

2. Go to http://play.clubpenguin.co.uk/ and log in onto another penguin

3. Go to a server and begin playing

4. You are now logged on onto 2 acounts at the same time!
